Shipping and Pricing 

All items priced with three day or sooner shipping, package insurance, tracking code and item cost included . Please be advised all merch is hand pressed and takes 2 days to set and cure.

Returns:

As all items are handmade and some variations are to be expected, we do not allow returns on our items.

Charge backs:

If we receive a charge back once you have received an item, we will no longer ship to you , anyone at your address , or anyone with your card number/ phone number. 

Damages and Defects :

We purchase shipping protection on all breakable hand pressed items.  Please be aware that we do not determine if your package will be re-shipped the carrier will do that.

In order to process the return for the items you will need :

• Tracking number ( we will provide this) 

• Proof of value (invoice or receipt that we will provide) 

• Photos of damage (if applicable)

  • A picture of the outside of the package 

  • How the item was packed  ( we will submit the originals for you) 

  • The damage to the item

• Description of the issue

*** This is a requirement by the insurance company. We at Hellhound's Run Books do not determine reship eligibility, nor do we have any say in the process. Please be advised while we do submit the claim, failure to provide the required information will result in a denial from the insurance company and result in forfeiture of item replacement.
